Hi! I’m Jennifer. Thank you for stopping by my blog. I am a 30 something wife and mom of 3. A Registered Nurse by trade, but I have been interested in nutrition since college. However, it wasn’t until I discovered the ketogenic diet in 2016 and learned about intermittent and extended fasting that things really started to click for me. My searching for the “perfect diet” and “starting on Monday” ended for good once I adopted keto and fasting. I was finally able to end my obsession with diets and I started enjoying really good food without guilt. I shed weight, ended my binge eating, and healed my migraines. I also learned to appreciate my body and have positive thoughts about myself, my weight, my body and all it can do. We are truly fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
